Today, we completed a third-party inspection with TÜV on a batch of precision gearbox components, including planet gears, sun gears, and ring gears — destined for planetary gearbox assemblies.
What Was Inspected
The inspection covered a full dimensional and geometric check against customer drawings, including:
- ✅ Gear tooth profile & pitch accuracy
- ✅ Outside diameter & bore dimensions
- ✅ Surface finish & heat treatment hardness
- ✅ Runout & concentricity
- ✅ Spline fit and form
Every part was measured on-site, with the TÜV inspector verifying readings against our internal inspection reports — item by item, dimension by dimension.
